I drew The Magician for my daily card today and part way through my journaling it hit me.
This is what we are all doing at Christmas time - we are literally the magic makers. The bringers of festive sparkles.
We spend a long time and a lot of energy making the Christmas magic happen. Sometimes it's recognised and appreciated, but often it isn't. At least not in a tangible sense.
Someone far more erudite than me once said that when you get older you realise that the magic of Christmas was actually created by your mother - and that at some point the glitter wand has passed to you.
But part of the Magician is the recognition that we are multitudes. We are complex. We are enough.
You have done enough.
It's time to rest.
Put your feet up and your wand down.
Can I take this opportunity to wish you a very peaceful Christmas and a Happy New Year. And if you are interested in starting 2025 with a bespoke Tarot reading, just for you do get in touch as I'll be launching my new Tarot reading service in the new year.
What a sweet post, thank you. And the same to you, Louise, put your wand down and enjoy some rest and peaceful days.
What a lovely post. 🙏 Merry Christmas, Dear One! 🎄
